Knowledge Transition Guidance for Line Managers

Handshake
Knowledge sharing is key to Barts Health to improve patient care and facilitate the development of excellence in research and innovation. The Merger Team have developed some Knowledge Transition Guidance - find it online here (onsite only) - which supports handover and knowledge sharing where staff move from their current role. The expectation is that these tools and templates help to decide what critical knowledge should be captured and provides a structure to record it, so that the knowledge can be passed to a successor, line manager or other colleagues.

We want to test this guidance so that we ensure our approach and templates help you. If you want to be involved in this testing or have any questions please contact Paul Bailey in the Merger team (paul.bailey@bartshealth.nhs.uk, 020 7092 5562).
